Tiffany Johnson began working at EBMS in 2006 as a Claims Examiner. Prior to moving to Account Management in October 2014, she used her passion for problem solving and growth and development to advance through various lead and supervisor positions within the Claims Department.
In January 2016, Tiffany moved into her most recent role at EBMS, Account Executive. Her knowledge of EBMS, her strategic client focus, and customer service experience are all skills she draws from to make her successful in this position.
Tiffany has achieved her Associate, Life, and Health Claims (ALHC) certification, completed the Dale Carnegie Course, and has completed 3 modules of Situational Leadership training. She is very active with many youth activities in the community including the Boy Scouts of America and serves as Black Otter District Day Camp Program Director.
