NextGEN offers a mentorship program that pairs NextGEN Members with seasoned professionals in the community. NextGEN also offers the opportunity for NextGENers to mentor high school and college students.
Get a Mentor
The NextGEN Leadership Team works to stratigically place members with sesasoned professionals in the Billings community. The Mentorship Program is designed to connect aspiring professionals with community leaders that will help guide their professional growth. Through the program, mentees gain valuable insights, knowledge, and experience while building a strong professional network. Over the course of eight months, pairs are encouraged to meet monthly.
Become a Mentor
This is an opportunity for college students to build a professional network while empowering their career development. The goal of this program is to pair students with an emerging leader in their general professional field of interest who can help them to identify and reach their career goals. Mentors are asked to meet with their mentees 1-2 times per month to answer questions, offer feedback, and provide support.
